Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AdvocateDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
AdvocateDesk is a software tool that helps advocates draft, translate, convert, summarise and manage legal documents and cases. It is a productivity aid and does not provide legal advice or representation.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorised use.
Credits, plans and billing
Usage is metered in credits. Plans are purchased one month at a time; when a paid month ends, the account returns to the Free tier until renewed. Credit top-ups are one-time purchases added to your balance and consumed as you use the service. Prices and credit costs may change, and current prices are shown in the app. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
AI output — verify before filing
Drafts, translations, summaries, citations and answers are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions or outdated references. AdvocateDesk does not practise law and is not a substitute for an advocate's professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and finalising any document before relying on or filing it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The content you upload and the drafts you generate remain yours. The AdvocateDesk software, brand and underlying technology remain ours. You may use outputs for your own legal practice.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvocateDesk will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
